Wide-brimmed hats handcrafted by artisans in Guanajuato Mexico and adorned by Quitapenas (a.k.a. Worry dolls) from Guatemala. Each doll is individually and painstakingly handmade by artisans and assembled into the hat by hand. No two hats are exactly the same.

According to Mayan folklore, Quitapenas dolls are small, intricately crafted Guatemalan figures believed to absorb worries and bring peace to those who confide in them.
